Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Snapify Ltd ("Snapify", "we", "us") and govern your use of the TW!ST app, the website at playtwst.com, and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Snapify Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company Reg. No. 09164962), registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. You can reach us at legal@playtwst.com.

2. What TW!ST is — and isn't

TW!ST is a free-to-play prediction game about football. You make yes/no calls on "what-if" scenarios, which are settled by a simulation. Play uses virtual coins only.

  • Virtual coins and in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the Service.
  • TW!ST involves no real-money betting, no wagering, and no payouts. No purchase is necessary to play.
  • Outcomes are produced by a software simulation, not by real-world betting markets.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the Service in your country and able to enter into a binding contract. Some features and Squads are marked 18+ and are restricted to adults. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We may ask you to confirm your age.

4. Your account

You're responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for activity on your account. Provide accurate details, keep them up to date, and don't share your account or create accounts to evade restrictions. Tell us promptly at support@playtwst.com if you think your account has been compromised.

5. Virtual coins and items

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use virtual coins and items within the Service for entertainment. We may issue, adjust, expire, or remove coins and items, and we may change game rules and balancing, at our reasonable discretion. Because coins have no monetary value, their loss is not a financial loss to you.

6. Fair play and acceptable use

Play fair and keep it fun. You agree not to:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or automation;
  • manipulate outcomes, leaderboards, streaks, or Squads;
  • access the Service through unauthorised means or interfere with its operation or security;
  • harass other players or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. The Drop and game outcomes

Scenario outcomes are determined by our simulation, which locks results before staking opens so the game is provably fair. We make reasonable efforts to run The Drop reliably, but the Service is provided for entertainment and our determination of outcomes, scores, and rewards is final, absent manifest error.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the TW!ST name, logos, design, software, and content, is owned by Snapify Ltd or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

9. Your content

If you submit content (for example a Squad name or message), you keep your rights in it but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it as needed to run the Service. You're responsible for what you submit and must have the right to submit it.

10. Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may stop providing it. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or to protect the Service or other players.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual coins or items (which have no monetary value). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
